6Step Process

Our 6Step development process is designed to provide a structured approach to project delivery and product development. We remain flexible and agile throughout the project phases which are designed to be interdependent, but each step can be delivered independently. We have flexible project management frameworks to suit your product or process development needs which allow projects to be delivered in Smartsheet controlled environments.

We are powered by Smartsheet, enabling us to empower your business.

Idea Creation

Step 1: Is focused on developing your idea into a project which provides the solution to meet your product expectations.  We develop the business case and organisational structure required to deliver the project.  We define the Quality of the product and a Plan as to how best to deliver the product through the steps.  We help identify the risks and how to mitigate them.  As the project evolves, change is inevitable.  We provide a change management facility to cope with this.  The last element to this phase is how to report progress.  We build and deliver an interactive project dashboard to provide the project telemetry on the themes relevant to the development step.  Please see our Apps to see this in action.

Development

Step 2: We execute the development of the solution having agreed the project scope at Step1.  The development phase also includes a validation element for us to test to and provide an initial feedback facility  through user acceptance testing (UAT).

Refinement

Step 3: We continue the development phase and incorporate the feedback from UAT and refine the product to ensure we meet your expectations.  This phase also includes a round of testing and validation, including UAT.

Readiness

Step 4: We have a product which is meeting expectations and the project brief.  We continue the delivery by engaging the stakeholders to prepare them for roll out.  This includes training deployment and systems integration.

Go Live

Step 5: We seek approval to deploy the product to market.  Our development and testing is complete and the project has met or exceeded expectations.  Training is complete and the stakeholders are engaged and systems have been verified and tested.  The project delivery phase is complete.

Feedback

Step 6:  A deferred phase following the go live.  An important step where we review the project deliverable and challenges ourselves as to what we have learned.  Is the product meeting expectations and what went right and what went wrong.  These important learnings can them be implemented into future projects or product enhancements.
